  • This coaching programme gives managers tools to lead a meaningful career development discussion with employees.  With the help of exercises based on solution-focused interaction, we practice appreciative listening, verbalising goals and giving and receiving feedback.
  • Communication skills are best learned in practice. That is why we emphasise practical exercises done in groups and pairs.
  • Between the coaching days, managers develop their skills independently by applying theory into practice, carrying out guided self-evaluation and by getting feedback from employees.
  • Skills that are learned during the coaching are useful in both daily leadership and in leading individual and group discussions.
